We try and make sure of the following:
- Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you in 3-7 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Free shipping is available on all products.
- The full order amount as well as the delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order has been cancelled or lost in transit by us.
- In case of cancellation of the order by you, the full order amount as well as the delivery charges (if any) will be refunded only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If it is already dispatched, then you will have to bear the delivery charges and we will return only the order value.

Returns & Exchanges
While we know that no human would ever want to return their shoes; LIKE EVER! We also understand sometimes it becomes unavoidable. This brings us to our return policy. And here are a couple of things that you need to be aware of when it comes to that:
1. No items from the sale section or with any special discounts can be returned or exchanged.
2. The first thing to be done when you must return an item, is to call our customer care number +91 6353531477 or write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Post understanding your requirement, we can process the request for returns or exchanges.
3. The courier charges in case of a return (back and forth), has to be borne by you and won't be borne by Don't Call Me Princess.
4. In case you want a pickup facility, it can be arranged by us but the charges for the same has to be borne by you in advance through either PayTM, Google Pay or bank transfer.
5. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and have all of its original packaging as well as tags. It should also be accompanied by proof of purchase.
6. All returned packages need to be couriered to the following address:

7. If the purchase has been made from a retail store or any other third party platform and not from www.dontcallmeprincess.in, the returns inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
8. We provide credit notes against a return immediately on your registered email id or full refunds against the item returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. (You can choose what you want).
9. You can apply the credit coupon code at the checkout page in the "Apply Coupon Code" section on our website. All you have to do is choose a new product or a different size of the same product that you returned and at the checkout page feed in the coupon code. Your money will automatically get adjusted.
